Account Deletion – Grads Gateway App

Users can request deletion of their Grads Gateway account using one of the following methods:

1. Log in to the Grads Gateway mobile app and navigate to:
Settings → Delete Account

OR

2. Send an email to support@gradsgateway.com from the email address associated with the account, requesting account deletion.

Once a deletion request is received, the account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Some data may be retained if required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
