This privacy policy applies to the Grads Gateway app (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Grads Gateway (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as a Free service. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as

Your device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)

The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages.

The time spent on the Application.

The operating system you use on your mobile device.

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

The logged in App User can submit third party data to avail our services. The following information is capture for the Third Parties:

Student’s Email address 
Student’s First name and last name 
Student’s Phone number

Please note that by sharing the contact information of a third party, you confirm that you have obtained their consent to share their details. Grads Gateway App will use the provided information solely for the purpose of reaching out the third parties to guide them with personalized overseas education opportunities support. We do not store or use this data for any other purposes. Please ensure you comply with any applicable data protection laws when sharing third-party information

Usage Data 

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. 

Usage Data may include information such as your Device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. 

When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. 

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. you may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Delete Your Personal Data

Users have the right to delete their accounts at any time. To request account deletion, please follow these steps:

In-App Option
- Navigate to the Delete Account menu option in the app.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request.
Contacting Support
- If you are unable to delete your account via the app, you may contact our support team at contact@gradsgateway.com .
- Include your registered mobile number and a request for account deletion.

Upon account deletion:

All your personal data, including your profile information, will be permanently erased from our systems, except as required to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
Some anonymized data may be retained for analytical purposes, but it will no longer be linked to your account.
It might take up to 7 working days to delete your personal data.
You will get an SMS with the Account deletion Service Request No. Please keep this for reference in case you would like to contact us for more information on the request status.

Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (contact@gradsgateway.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security as no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
